Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Just Sum! (the “App”) handles information when you use it. It is intended to give you a clear view of local game data and third-party advertising services.

1. Information We Collect Directly

The App does not require an account. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or similar personal information through the App.

Level progress, clears, play time, best times, no-mistake clears, hint count, achievements, and settings are stored on your device. They are not sent to a developer server.

The App uses Apple’s Game Center. When you are signed in, your highest level reached, weekly clears, no-mistake clears, and unlocked achievements are submitted to Game Center leaderboards and achievements under your Game Center player identity. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. If you are not signed in, nothing is submitted and the game remains fully playable.

2. Information Processed by Third-Party SDKs

The App uses Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Google Analytics for Firebase. Ads may include App Open, adaptive banner, interstitial, and rewarded formats.

For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and—when permitted—personalization, these services may process advertising, app, and device identifiers (including IDFA when allowed), IP address and approximate region, device and operating-system details, app version, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information. Google’s handling is governed by its policies:

Google Analytics for Firebase is linked to AdMob so that app usage and ad performance can be measured together. It may process an app-instance identifier, in-app events such as app opens and level completions, device and operating-system details, app version, and an approximate region derived from your IP address. Where consent is required, it follows the same Google UMP consent described below.

3. Consent and Privacy Options

Depending on your region, Google UMP may show a consent message before ads are initialized. If available, you can show the Privacy Options form again from the privacy settings inside the App.

4. App Tracking Transparency

When required, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asks whether the App may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you do not allow it, the IDFA cannot be used by the App, although ads may still be shown.

You can change this choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The exact ad experience can also depend on consent and other signals handled by the advertising provider.

5. SKAdNetwork

The App uses Apple’s SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving framework for measuring advertising attribution without identifying individual users.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your region. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly through the App.

7. Data Retention

We do not directly collect personal information on developer servers. Game data remains on your device until you delete the App or its local data. Google retains information it processes according to Google’s policies.

8. Your Choices

9. International Users

Advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. We will update the Last updated date at the top of this page when we make a change.
